R61e - what RAM after CPU replace?

Hello, I have bought C2D,and thinking about 2GB Ram. What mhz should it be? 667 or 800 or what type should it be? Processor will be 800 mhz bus as I know? Is this connected?

Even with an 800MHz FSB, the RAM will still downclock to 667MHz.
Buy whichever is cheaper, but get at least 2x2GB, even if you can only use 3.2GB.
