Cleaning R61e fan

Hello. I bought the laptop recently and I know that this model had problem with its fans. But despite this, mine isn't very loud, but I thought that it should be only the sound of the air comming from the inside. Mine goes "ttttttt" - it's very quiet and not very hearable but it is. In contrast to my R51 it's quite loud. I think it need some Air cleaning. What would you recommend? Oil it? Or only use Air? Or replace to new one? It's very expensive (cost of my old R51)
