Does my X60T support multitouch?

X60/X61 series specific matters only.

ThinkPad X60 Tablet (6363-WAV)
Based on 6363-CTO: L2400(1.66GHz), 512MB RAM, 60GB 5400rpm HD, 12.1in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 950, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, Secure chip, 8c Li-Ion, WinVista Business

The way I'm reading the above specs, it does not support multitouch.

Thank you so much, I have a question too about another issue, has anyone modded an X60 to hold an extra fan like the X61 under the keyboard?

AFAIK, no.

Do bear in mind that a vast majority of X61 motherboards does not support a second fan either.

That would be so cool though if someone modded it, I like my X60 but the heat issue not so much.

If you don't like the heat so much, then do something about it!
There are plenty threads about "hot" X6x machines and how to solve them.
