T420 Color Issue After Screen Turns Off

Hi Guys -

I just started having an issue with my T420 where basically, after the screen turns off, I come back to the machine and the colors are screwed up. They are very light and darker items are really hard to see. The only solution for me is to actually reboot.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas on how to fix?
