ThinkPad T43 Keyboard - is 93P4780 and 39T0643 the same...

93P4780 and 39T0643 are both NMB keyboards. IBM has 39T0643 in stock but not 93P4780.

I wonder should I wait on 93P4780 or order 39T0643 if someone has seen it's the same.
