Function-F5 Key Sequence to Toggle Radio

I have just re-loaded all of my software on my R51 ThinkPad. Before re-loaded the software, I could hit Function-F5 key sequence and toggle the radio off and on. Now that functionality has been lost. I remember a while back having to do something to bring that functionality into play.

Does anyone know how to set up the Function-F5 key sequence to toggle the radio off and on?

You need the Thinkpad Hotkey software, and the Wifi driver.
