If I uninstall ultranav, will left mid right buttons work?

X200, X201, X220 (including equivalent tablet models) and X300, X301 series specific matters only.

If I uninstall ultranav, will left mid right buttons work?

As the topic says, will the hard buttons still work? or will they stop working if I uninstall ultranav software

(Recommended/proven fix to improve clickpad behaviour on x220 however i'd still want to use the physical hard buttons)

Yes the UltraNav and buttons will still work, you will just loose some of the special navigation features.
Collection = T500 - R400 - X300 - X200 - T61 (14" WXGA+) - T61 (14.1" SXGA+) - T60 (15" SXGA+) - X40 - T43p - T43 - T42p - A30P - 600E
