T61 restart freeze

#1 Post by hoax32 » Tue Feb 14, 2012 11:26 pm

Hi community!
2day I installed some Windows 7 updates, that required a reboot of the Laptop.
After shutdown, the remained blank, instead of rebooting...I thought, that it turned off but actually..the CPU fan was still spinning.....so th eblack screen remained for over 5minutes - I pushed buttons, clicked,..... nothing!
So I just decidet to pull the plug and Voila, the T61 starts perfectly.....any Idea what could have caused that?!

Shuld I be worried about that?
