the basics:
ThinkPad X61 Tablet (7767-96U)
L7500(1.6GHz), 2GB RAM, 120GB 5400rpm HD, 12.1in 1400x1050 LCD, Intel X3100, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ether, Sec Chip, FPR, Turbo Mem, 8c Li-Ion, WinVista Business 32
Thanks to TuuS I've figured the Turbo Memory bit - it's installed and enabled, 1GB.
The battery is in green, and the current HDD is 160GB/5400rpm...
The machine runs Middleton's modded BIOS enabling full SATA II (3.0) speeds.
Not dead mint, but a *very* pretty example of the last 4:3 X-series ThinkPad. I'd rate it at least a 9 out of 10 on a 1-10 scale, since it's showing some wear, but nothing scary to report. The LCD is downright pristine and this fine machine runs like a deer. No disappointments here.
There is no warranty left from Lenovo, but I'll guarantee this prestigeous ThinkPad against DOA and to arrive as described.
PM or email me directly to tataslonATaol.com with any questions/concerns.

Re: FS: X61 tablet with SXGA+ LCD, excellent condition
You're very welcome, and I'll add that these are great machines, the IPS flexview is beautiful even in the XGA, and on a ultra portable unit like this, the SXGA resolution is comparable to UXGA.
These units can also run full SATA2 speeds and support upto 8GB of ram, so you can do a lot with one of these.
In fact I'm getting one from George myself
ps. if anyone wants an original lenovo case/sleeve for one of these, I have several that I got very cheap, they are up for sale/trade/barter http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/8513/k ... nru9fb.jpg
