Z61 screen not very bright

#1 Post by dwilsonfl » Sat Feb 18, 2012 7:45 pm

I have swapped screens (since I had a spare) and maybe both are dimmer than normal. I have an abundance of Thinkpads right now and the Z61t's screen seems to be the dimmest of the bunch. Is it an inverter issue or are these just not as bright as the T60s (14", 15", and 15.4") and R61e (15") models I have?

There's a brightness setting in bios -- have you already checked that?
