Post Partioning SWShare issue

I've partitioned my hard drive with a data partion (E). However I have noticed that when I boot into Rescue and Recovery the next time I boot normally a SWSHARE folder with "rr" and "sfr" logs is created in the E drive, rather than updating the log in the C drive.

Is this something I need to worry about, and is there a fix?
