My t500, Win 7 64 bit w/ bluetooth will not always recognize a speaker and if paired still get no sound.

I recently swapped the Bluetooth 3.0 card out for a newer 4.0 card in my T520 with Windows 7 Pro 64.

I found that the JBL Flip 3 speaker I bought...
