Cisco AnyConnect VPN Connection fails while on dock

When T400 (running Win7 Ent 32) is on wireless or wired internet connection (without dock), I have no issues with VPN connection at home.
However, when the laptop is on the docking station, I cannot establish VPN connection. I have checked McAfee firewall & internet connection preferences. Please help.
