T43: LCD screw stickers

Hello, where to get the black stickers of screws which covers the side screws and screws just close to the ThinkLight on 14" T43 LCD's lids? Thanks.

Previous: T400, T43p Flexview, T40, R52, T43p 14"

In the distant past, someone suggested electricians' tape and a single-hole punch.
I never tried it but my single-hole punch is very close in size.
