Where can I buy a GENUINE Ultrabay Slim SATA HDD Adapter

I found many of these on Ebay, and bought one, but it doesn't work with any harddisk. The HDDs I tried are good, I even tried putting the original hard disc that came with my laptop in it (z61p btw), and it also didn't work.
I read many comments on the forum that those found on ebay are replicas (my is made in Phillipines and doesn't have any Lenovo or Thinkpad markings on it) and often don'w work. It fits the ultrabay, but doesn't work.
Lenovo unfortunately doesn't sell this part anymore. Where do you think I could by a REAL version of this part? Used or new?

I occassionally see genuine IBM/Lenovo Ultrabay Slim adapters selling for $140 on eBay. There exists ones made in China selling for less than $20 that actually work.

Place a "WTB" ad in the Marketplace.

...Or "private message" TuuS, if you would like immediate results.
