Got Recovery CDs for an x41... Now what?

Hi

I lost my wacom sensitivity on my X41 Tablet when windows automatically updated last. (those jerks! they have no respect for completely out of date computers! )

I ordered the recovery cds... now i'm sitting with them and have no idea what to do. I have the CD docking base for the X41 at least.

it came with 9 CDs

7 recovery cds numbered "1 of 7" "2 of 7" etc.

1 "Supplemental product recover CD" from lenovo

1 rescue and recovery cd.


I have NO clue what to do next. Anyone want to walk me through this?

Wipe the drive clean - backup any needed data first.

Boot from the Rescue and Recovery disk. It will guide you through the rest of the process.
