I have 2x in T42 systems. Both of the T42 systems look great - nice and bright and clean - each has a very minor defect on the lower part of the screen that only shows up on white backgrounds.

If you want the laptop itself, an additional $10 will get you the whole T42 (the CPUs are worth more than that just by themselves).

** Each laptop comes complete except - no AC, no battery, no HD/caddy/cover .. Each has keyboard and 512M memory

Each of the T42 systems has the video issue, so the motherboard has no value unless you like to play with those.

T42p-05: 2373-J27 (2.1GHz CPU - sell for $20 on eBay)

Still have the two T42 systems with very nice LCDs .. I have sold a similar 2.0 GHz CPU for $20 on the forum here, so there is a demand for them.
