Install 1440*900 LCD Panel for my T61

The current panel resolution for my T61 is 1280*800.
It's a little bit old and finally I decided to change it to higher resolution panel.
It's "LTN141WD-L05". Everything is fine.I prefer the higher resolution.

Next step,MOD LED backlight.

Is there anyone who tried this before?

Is this FRU for IDTech ? ( 1440 x 900 )

and is samsung definitely better than this.
