Trade loaded 15" R61 for 14" T61

I've got a pretty fully loaded ThinkPad R61 that I'd like to trade for a similarly loaded 14.1" T61.

Some Specs:
(Transitiona machine w/ both IBM and Lenovo badging)
15.4" WXGA (1280x800)
2.2 GHz Core2 Duo
2 GB RAM (DDR2 PC 5300)
120 GB Hard drive
nVidia Quadro NVS 140M
DVD R/W

The machine is in excellent condition.

What I'm looking for:
ThinkPad T61
14.1" WXGA or WXGA+
(nVidia GPU would be nice)
Core2 Duo processor (prefer Penryn but a Memrom will work)
Some RAM
A hard drive
A battery (I don't mind if there's no pwr supply)

I don't mind of the case is not in great condition, but the screen should be pretty good.
