LTB - Convertible laptop/tablet. SXGA+ screen

Please excuse me for any mistakes, I am very new to this.

I am looking for a Thinkpad convertible laptop. It has to have
-SXGA+ screen resolution
-1.5 GB or more ram
-Core 2 Duo 1.5 Ghz or better
-Hopefully a fingerprint reader, but I don't need it.

I'm looking for a relatively cheap one. $400 or less. X series are nice. As long as it's perfectly usable in both laptop and tablet form, I'll consider it. Scratches and minor dents are nothing. Name your price and I'll be paying via Paypal.

FYI: you can have either a touchscreen (as in finger-touch) or SXGA+ resolution. None of the Lenovo tablets had both at the same time.
