Dual Wan router setup

I am leaning towards FVS336G, has anyone got suggestions/experience with these setup.
For almost all of these dual wan routers, the reviews are grim, this is probably the only one with decent reviews.

We are moving our offices to a new location and we will be getting two ISPs.
My set up will be ISP Router 1 and ISP Router 2 to FVS336G to JGS516 16 Port Switch to each workstation, plus I am planning to buy two access points for two ends of the office for wireless users. (Unless I can salvage some old Linksys WRT routers to act as access point, but I don't want laptop users to have problems accessing local network)

Suggestions & comments are appreciated.

while trying to increase my speed here (2 ADSL slow, 1 cable fast) i tried a peplink balance 30 router..

i paid, via amazon, with free shipping i think, about $379..

it set itself up for each modem and worked just wonderfully..
great firmware and IMO great hardware..

i returned it because my cable provider said he was upgrading and could provide 14Mb/s Down and 1.4 Mb/s Up for a small increase monthly..
so i will give up the slow and costly AT&T DSL and retain the cable which is really fast..
since i don't need 100% QOS i figured the Peplink Balance 30 was now redundant..

again, while i was testing it it worked FLAWLESSLY..
you should add it to those you are considering..

FWIW i too read the less than stellar reviews about the other makers.. try the Peplink 30 and if you don't like it send it back..

It's great to find someone who tried peplink, I seriously thought all those reviews for peplink were fakes because nobody really gave it 2 or 3 stars, mostly 5s, almost all 5s. Coming from you, I guess it makes the other reviews credible now.

When I passed on peplink it was because on their site they had NO for "Inbound Load Balancing". Our network is 3mbps/3mbps up/down T1 + 10mbps down/1mbps Up DSL. So I need something that will combine both up and down seamlessly, with a failover option not just combination of bandwidth. I thought this was Inbound Load Balancing. When you had both your ISP's what was your bandwidth speed test result?

Another limitation was Web Blocking seem to be absent from 20 or 30. Does this mean it does not offer simple website/keyword/service blocking? Even the most basic routers offer this functionality.

Lastly, it is 100mbps and not a Gigabit router. I really don't mind 100mbps since we will use Gigabit switch for internal workstation to workstation, but I want to make sure the 100mbps router will not cause the switch to drop everyone down to 100mbps.

Reporting back with an update, I ended up buying ZyXel Zywall USG50, because peplink was not available on Amazon and I wanted to get something I could easily return.

Zywall is incredible, it has fast interface and whole bag of features that I don't even know how to use. One thing that works, dual WAN set up and bandwith combination. It is excellent, and fast. I need to play and finalize the setup and try some other features, but so far I can say I am glad I went with it. Hopefully it will stay up. The only problem is you need to set up DNS properly so that when you have two connections that are from different providers, you will have DNS problems because you must specify which DNS to go with which ISP, otherwise it will just hang and won't load half the page.
