Hi,

Got my New T42 and while running the Dead Pixel Test....

Iam able to see a '+' in green color near the top of the tool bar

Is this a Dead Pixel....?

Pls. advice me whether I should return this Lappy to IBM?

I would. I believe they'll send you the new one and then you can send them back the old one (not sure though).

Don't you have to have 8 dead pixels to get it exhanged ?

within 30 days, you can return it for any reason, dead pixel or not....they will ask, just for procedural reason,...just say you don't like, change your mind, something not working...etc...who cares

if you pass your 30 days, it's another story

Yeah... iam within 30 days... 3 days to be exact.

But...i decided not to return it....- I started loving my Tpad soooooo much...

decided to overlook the small problem.
