Worth a call or couple of clicks to save some money by doing a simple price check IMO.

i just checked the t42(23739xu) i ordered last week on the ibm visa discount site and it dropped $56. from my last check in with ibm, it'll prob be at least 4 weeks until it ships out.

Seeing how $56 is better than nothing, is my purchase price protected and am I eligibile to be credited the drop in price? Is there a standard ibm policy for this or does it depend on what sales represenative takes your call.

266884u via EPP was $1481 now ~$52 less. I don't have the exact figures because my grand daughter decided to use some of paperwork for her artwork last night.

abb: From my understanding you have 30 day price protection from IBM. Call your sales person.
