That's fantastic Combustion, the Thinkpads are sweet machines! (I can't wait till I get hands on my 2378-FVU next week, it's in NY right now and I'm in Canada >.<)

Btw, which model do you have? I think we'd all like to know :)

I love your Thinkpad, too. But I love mine better. :-) It's something like the 7th laptop I've had, and the best by far. Before I got it, I considered the Vaio 505. My wife then got issued one as her work computer, and boy, am I glad I didn't get one!!!! Lots of plastic, rotten keyboard, not that small, with a tiny screen.

Some models have bluetooth antennas built in. All you need to do is to purchase the bluetooth/modem combo CDC and just replace the current modem only card.

Yes, thats what I did. If you do it, also order the Bluetooth indicator plastic strip. The Bluetooth indicator light is already in the LCD pannel. The Bluetooth Icon even shows up on the Fn F5 window. Everything is exactly as though it came from the factory with Blutooth and it works great.

I ordered it over the phone through IBM parts dept.

Edited by Moderator: Trim your quotes, guys. There's no need to have quotes within quotes within quotes. It's confusing to follow and makes the pages unnecessarily long.

WOW yeah, LOVE LOVE LOVE - you guys are a computer manufacturer's wet dream! This thread borders on IBM fetishism - get a grip!
