I was browsing the internet when all a sudden my T42 2378FVU started to freeze and when I tried to reboot, it beep twice followed by an error message:
"Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller in Slot 01 BUs:02 Device:02 Function:00. Press F1 for SETUP". Rebooted again and still has same error. I have tried to load BIOS setup defaults and reboot once more ,but same error occurred. Rebooted for the 4th time and finally booted successfully.
Anyone here ever had this issue?
Any idea why this happened ?
Thanks in advance.

I ran into this with an X31 after adding a Netgear wireless card. Removing the card, disabling the internal NICs in BIOS didn't fix it. Went into BIOS Config PCI, set all devices to Auto Detect, rebooted, re-entered BIOS Config PCI, set all back to IRQ 11 (original settings), rebooted, problem fixed.
