Does the T430 have removable battery?

Does the T430 have removable battery?
I've seen some pictures, showing the back of the T430 has many ports and no battery, does it mean that the T430 battery is integrated (non-removable)?

Integrated battery is not environmentally friendly, as the factory battery replacement cost is cost-prohibitive for most folks!

(I'm not talking about the thinner T430s, which seem to have an integrated battery that you cannot remove).
