Question aboout old TP's

Is there any thinkpad with 286 / 386-cpu with color-lcd?
Thinkpad X61s with Middleton bios 2.22.

No. The slowest ThinkPads with color screens are certain 486 models.

All ThinkPad's with color screens have red green and blue letters in the IBM logo and all monochrome ThinkPads have a blue IBM logo on the lid.
