Correct, I don't have the laptop yet. I'm negotiating with a local guy who has a T42 for $50 with a fan error, just covering my bases if we make a deal. And he just emailed me, think I'm gonna go get it.

Dead GPU on the T42's? Haven't read about that yet... Just the T61's... Need to do more research it seems...
