iPad: Slim Bluetooth Keyboard with type feel of a Thinkpad?

I am posting this here because I want to get a Bluetooth Keyboard for my iPad.

People who KNOW Thinkpad Keyboards, and most likely will look for Bluetooth keyboards that have similar FEEL should be here?

Any good finds / experiences with SLIM/ Portable Bluetooth Keyboards with Thinkpad like Feel?

Built in rechargeable via USB/ Micro USB would become essential and working through USB also (with PC) would be a BONUS.

But i got these - they work very well ....
I have two ofthese( ipad 1 & 3 ) each. DANG= they half prize today - i paid FP Doh !
