How to know the t410i motherboard and recover bios

Hi,

The bios upgrade interrupt in my T410i. The system is not able to boot anymore.

My warranty was expired 1 year back. It seems I need to get the bios recovered.

1) How to find the motherboard model?
2) How to recover the bios?

Any suggestion/recommendation is appreciated!
