A21e Max RAM?

My Mum's got an A21e Type 2655 with a Celeron 700 in it. What's the maximum amount of RAM it can take? I've heard conflicting reports that the Celeron versions of the A21 can take less RAM than the full-fat PIII versions.

It shipped with Windows 98SE, which is fine for her needs, but she's using a couple of badly behaved educational apps that keep bringing Windows down when they crash, so I'm contemplating a change to Windows 2000. It's currently got 128Mb (64Mb from the factory, plus a free 64Mb upgrade from IBM in the bottom slot) so it's a bit marginal and I'd prefer to stick at least 256Mb in it.
