WANTED - ultraport camera adaptor and software CD

I picked up an ultraport camera off ebay that is like new, I downloaded and installed the drivers from IBM and was able to get my T20 to recognize and install it by holding it in place.

To make this go I need the adaptor if possible but can make one suing the plate from the connecotr protector.

I also need the software CD or a copy.

If you have either please let me know, I have an extra ultrabay 2000 floppy with case to trade or?
