T410 - no USB power

The always-on USB port on my T410 is shutting down when the machine sleeps. Is there some setting I can change that will cause the port to continue to power devices? I used to be able to charge my phone from that port, but now, suddenly, I cannot.

Check the BIOS settings >
(not exectly sure of exect details - I seem to remember that my T410s did simialr thing way back when i had one of those ..... and i think it started doing that ( shut off USB port) after I did a BIOS UPDATE ..)
If your hardware is working > than I would redo the DRIVERS etc(make sure Bios is set to YES for ALWAYS ON USB) and CHECK Lenovo Manager settings also
