[solved]/obsolete X230t Outdoor vs Multitouch screen

Hi!

Does anyone have any idea how vast the difference between the Multitouch and the Outdoor screens is, beyond the "you can use your fingers for touch as well"?

Long story short: it seems to take 2 months (in Germany) to get an outdoor screen shipped with a new X230t (and costs additional 1000€ - which seems like a tad too much for me) and therefore I may be forced to get a multitouch screen after all. (Or I'll order one from US.)
It all depends on how big the disadvantage is for me though:
I only want to use the pen on my touchscreen anyway and assumed that the display would be more stable / scratch resistant in the outdoor variant -- but since I may be wrong about that assumption, I'm asking.

It seems I found a distributor that'll ship me an outdoor display model, yeehaw!

All I have to consider now is what SSD (Intel? Samsung?) and what warranty extension (5years, but OSR+TPP? not sure yet about OSR) I'll get.
Oh how I'll love this... ^^

WHERE did you find a distributor that ships to germany!? Ive been looking and found nothing.. (Do you know if they ship to other european countries?)

Somebody knows when the x230t will be released in europe?
