Where is a full description of laptop by it's model number?

I'm shopping for a new laptop (x201) and I've noticed there was more than one model. (3680-3N6 & 3249-2ru)
I know I've seen a website/webpage that lists the different Thinkpad model numbers & links to complete descriptions of each model, but I can't find it...
Would you have a link?

Go to support.lenovo.com/en_US and enter the model number via "Use Quick Path".
