T60 2007-4CU 14" settings

I was wondering about the display settings/font size etc that most Thinkpaders use on this laptop. I've fooled with almost everything I could think of and it never seems "just" right, either to small or to large or to grainy. It has the ATI Radeon X1300 graphics chip just for reference.
