Re: Blue Screen,Dead hdd T61
Hello and welcome to the Forum
Make sure F1 BIOS settings---> Config---> SATA is set to "Compatibility" and not "AHCI".
Have you tried pressing "F12" upon startup and checking if your CD/DVD drive shows up in Boot options?
Daniel.
Please take a moment and explain yourself more clearly and thoroughly. Are you saying it never boots from CD and is still trying to boot from hard drive?gabbyy56 wrote:i have changed the settings in the bios so it will boot from cd but it still boot and it just end at the blue screen any help greatly recived
