Some of the Docking station's ports do not work!

Hi folks!

Recently, I purchased a Docking Station 2631 for my T20. The problem is that Keyboard, Mouse and VGA ports do not work. Keyboard indicators do not turn on, the red light in my optical mouse does not light on either. Monitor do not response to the Fn+F7 but notebook's display does.

I checked USB, UltraBay, LAN - they work just fine.

What do you think, is it the problem of the ports or I have to switch something on?

There is nothing to switch on. They should just work.
One time my KB and mouse did not work because I did not have the laptop fully seated on a port replicator.
Maybe the connector is dirty or damaged. Look at the connector on the docking station and the bottom of the T20 to see if there is any damage.

I checked everything, both connectors (on Dock and on T20) look fine. Unfortunately I do not have any TPs or other Docks or Replicators nearby to compare. But when I plug in the mouse to my desktop PC the red light inside the mouse turns on. However, this does not happen with Docking Station. Is it possible that an electrical part or something inside the dock is not working?

Of course I did! Otherwise how would I manage to figure out that LAN, USB and UltraBay work? I even installed a TV Card into the PCI slot and it works perfect.

So, I see no reason why Mouse, Keyboard and VGA ports should not work unless they are all dead.

Any ideas?
