Hi, does the fan part there work for T60 2007-AA4?

The Hardware Maintenance Manual doesn't list the 2007-AA4, so I can't say for sure. However, based on the specs of your laptop I expect that it will work fine.

Does "cooling fan" mean heatsink assembly? If so, do both heatpipes go through both radiators or does the pipe from the GPU only go to the side radiator?

You can see a picture of one by going to eBay and searching for 26R9434. This is the entire assembly that cools both the CPU and the GPU. Both heat pipes connect to the cooling fins/fan assembly.
