T400 - Front knuckle of headphone jack broke off in socket!

T400 - Front knuckle of iphone headphone jack broke off in socket and is stuck in there..

Not sure how or why it broke off. At first it was just dangling near the front of the socket, so I tried to get it out with tweasers. That failed, I just pushed it back further in. Now it is basically at the back of the socket and I can't get any sound out of my T400 beacuse it is running through that.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated pls

Is there any way to get back there by taking the laptop apart?

What are my options? I'll try anything!
