Mini Dock Station 4338-30U trouble with USB ports

Hello,
I have a trouble with my Thinkpad Series 3 Mini Dock 4338-30U, I am using it currently with my T410 (while waiting for a new W520 that I bought).
The problem is that it is not recognizing the USB ports in the start up (so, neither mouse nor keyboard), and it is making me unplug and re-plug them in a different USB port in the dock and then they get recognized (after the annoying process of installing the drivers).
Has anyone had the same issue? any idea on how to solve it?

Check in your BIOS that USB is enabled.
