Differences between Seagate and WD drives in a T520

We have run in to a problem imaging our new T520's. Our image works fine on the WD drives but when applied to the Seagates windows get all the way thru the Setup process and gives a error stating "Windows can not be set up on this computers hardware". Why would the drive type make a difference? :?:
