E520 virtualization

I could not load backtracker in my vm. I tried to turn it on in the bios, no go. Looked at forum, updated bios,restarted comp,went to bios security still cannot turn on virtualization. downloaded bios to cd tried to install, already updated. what do i do? Yhank You.
