Thinkpad in dock, no mouse control

#1 Post by nikemen » Wed Jun 16, 2004 12:13 pm

Hi,

I know there is a setting someone I have forgotten about. When I put the thinkpad in the dock and hope to use the moure plugged into the dock, I don't get any response.

Is this a reboot issue, or isn't there some "enable" somewhere?
thanks

Select ENABLE at ThinkPad Configuation > TrackPoint or using Mouse Properties in Control Panel.

I had the same problem with my laptop at the office...I ended up uplugging the mouse, docking the laptop, then plugging the mouse back in...and it worked. I didn't change any software mouse/trackpoing/touchpad settings, they were the same as when I got the laptop new.
