You might want to look for a Lenovo-branded Intel 4965. Or flash the Middleton BIOS to get rid of whitelist and look for an Intel 5100 (2 antennas) or 5300 (3 antennas) to get dual-band capability. I did the latter ;)

...also the whitelisted IBM/Lenovo Atheros AR5BXB72 based card - FRU: 42T0825 could be installed as well.

I prefer the lenovo branded 4965AGN myself. They are reasonably price and work great. I have some new ones for $20. The 5100 is a good choice if you don't want to install another antenna and have only two, but the antenna can be installed virtually anywhere. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need 3 antenna for wifi N, it's MiMo that uses 3, and it is supported with wifi G too. I have the 4965AG cards with 3 antenna too that I'll sell for $5 each, and some 3945ag cards for $3 that use two antenna.

I can get the 5300 cards pretty cheap too, also brand new.
