As far as I am aware, yes. There is ExpressCard and then there is ExpressCard 2.0. Lenovo does not specify whether their slots are ExpressCard 2.0, but from what I have read, if the computer has PCI Express 2.0 in the chipset, then it will support ExpressCard 2.0. T410 expresscard slot is v1.0 only, so up to 2,5Gbit/sec is possible.
