what I need to replace xGA screen to SXGA in x61s (7666wj5)

hello,

I need new display [instead of cracked] to my x61s -7666wj5. I would like to install sxga+ screen - I have source - my friends tablet screen.

Is it compatible? I have checked that I need special cable. I would like to know is it all other features are compliant.

I hope that someone replaced similar displays
