I5-3320m with NVIDIA NVS 5400M

Hi guys. I'm trying to decide between an I5-3210m and I5-3320m. I've googled some info on the two and most people are saying that if my concern is graphics, then I should spend the extra $55 for the I5-3320m. I plan on using this laptop mostly for surfing the web, but also some occasional photoshopping, watching HD movies, encoding FLAC, and HD video encoding. I know that a laptop isn't ideal for HD video encoding, but this will have to do until I build a new desktop (which won't be for a while).

So my question is if I customize the T430 with NVIDIA NVS 5400M, would it really matter which processor I choose? Thanks for the replies.

The i5-3320M features Intel Trusted Execution Technology, which the i5-3210M doesn't. If you value security, get the i5-3320M.
