hello i have a thinkpad R51 2883-8QU series laptop where online can i find a replacement batter other then ebay at a cheap price as i cant use ebay and my battery only last's an hour at most

You've come to the right place. Contact TuuS. The only reason I did not order a battery from him is because USPS will not ship the battery internationally. There's probably a few more members here that are willing to hook you up.

AFAIK TuuS doesn't really deal with pre-T6x units and/or parts. It won't hurt to ask him...the man doesn't bite...

I recall Neil having some NOS genuine Lenovo 6-cell batteries for a great price...
