What is the best PS2 keyboard and mouse to USB adapter for a T61?

Personally I have a Belkin unit with two plugs that works perfectly. I also have a single plug Radio Shack unit that I remember having issues with in the past, but I can't remember what those issues were...

There are only a few good models sold in USA. Perhaps the best-known, is Y-mouse by P.I. Engineering.

From experience, I can tell you that 10d5:0004 is crap low-quality and bad for sanity. I used its electronics in products of three different shapes. It goes crazy after being powered for a few hours. It needs to be reset (unplug replug) often, which is chore when connected in back of PC.

Ripster at Geekhack compiled a list, but the page is offline (permanent?). Thank Internet Archive for holding a copy.
